We start every family session with the classic smiling-at-the-camera portrait. The one for your holiday card, and that grandma will hang on the wall.
But we won't stop there.
We'll explore, let the kids move, and search for those in-between moments, because, in the end, those are always my favorites.
I guide the session, so we capture both the classic portraits and the natural moments in between.

THE QUESTIONNAIRE + STYLE tips
You’ll fill out a thoughtful questionnaire so I can understand your family’s dynamic and what matters most to you. Then the style tips help you plan the perfect outfits for your session.
THE SESSION + yOUR gaLLERY
Your session will blend gentle direction with space to move and explore. We’ll capture the classic portrait. And the in-between moments that happen right after. Within four weeks, you’ll receive your full gallery of edited digital images, ready to download, print, and enjoy.
A Guided Experience
Family photos don’t have to be stressful.
At family sessions, we make space for the kids to be wiggly, take breaks when needed, walk to a different location for a little refresh, and use other tricks to help everyone have their best time.
You just bring your family.

We’ll start with a few classic portraits. Then we’ll let things loosen up a bit. We explore the space, follow good light, and capture the moments that unfold along the way.

What should we wear?
After booking, you’ll get simple style tips that help you choose outfits that photograph well together without feeling overly matchy.
The goal is to choose pieces that feel comfortable, natural, and like your family.

What if my kids don’t cooperate?
Honestly, that’s very normal. Kids wiggle. Kids explore.
Kids sometimes decide smiling at the camera is the worst idea ever. That’s okay.
Family sessions are designed with movement built in, so we can follow their energy a bit instead of fighting it. Some of the best photos actually happen in those in-between moments.
